Sonya Cohen Cramer (1965-2015) était une chanteuse américaine, fille de John Cohen des New Lost City Ramblers. Elle a toujours interprété des chansons traditionnelles du répertoire old time et folk. Cet album rassemble des enregistrements de diverses périodes entre 1986 et 2015, en solo ou accompagnée de divers artistes comme sa tante Peggy Seeger et son oncle Pete Seeger ou Elizabeth Mitchell.
