Cette édition regroupe deux albums essentiels de la discographie de Tito Puente, enregistrés en juillet et décembre 1957 à New York pour RCA. "Top percussion" est un album de percussions et de chants très proches de la tradition cubaine. "Dance mania" est au contraire un album plus typique de Tito Puente, avec orchestre latino où il explore les rythmes afro-cubains (mambo, son montuno, guaguanco...). Livret en anglais. (ASDS)
