Swans ont disparus durant treize ans et resurgis en 2012 de façon majestueuse. Cet album fut écrit et développé durant la tournée 2012-13 The Seer. The Swans ici augmentés d'invités se livrent à un exercice d'hypnose collective. Un manifeste d'un rock méchamment jusquauboutiste et émancipé de toutes règles ou formats. (A.B.).
