Deuxième album depuis la mort du bassiste Simon Wring, dont le groupe s'est relevé la tête haute. Comme à son habitude le groupe brouille les pistes sans pour autant partir dans tous les sens. La filiation, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds est évidente, James Johnston ayant été un membre permanent entre 2003 et 2008. (A.B.)
