"The Lost and Found" est son troisième album personnel et s'inscrit dans la continuité de "In A Dream", sorti en 2009 il lui a valut une reconnaissance internationale, le magazine Billboard le qualifiant même "d'album de jazz le plus séduisant de l'année 2009". Il a également figuré au top des classements de Jazz Times, The Boston Globe, The Village Voice et NPR. Son originalité a déjà séduit de nombreux musiciens, tels Terence Blanchard, Kenny Barron, Terri Lynn Carrington, Esperanza Spalding...
Le disque a été co-réalisé avec le pianiste ROBERT GLASPER, et on y retrouve notamment un réarrangement atypique du fameux" Blue in Green" de Miles Davis et Bill Evans extrait de "Kind of Blue" [UD2021].
