"Seeking to expand on the radical creative approach for which Crass was renowned, the Crass Agenda, fronted by Crass ex-members, Penny Rimbaud, Eve Libertine and multi-media artist Gee Vaucher, was formed in the summer of 2002 to 'push musical and political limits'. Working with a loose network of writers, musicians, artists, poets, dancers and film makers, the Agenda steps beyond artistic pigeonholes. Since the beginning of 2003, performing regular and highly successful monthly gigs at London's major jazz-venue The Vortex, the Agenda have proved themselves as equally adept with the rigours of classical music as they are with the intuitive demands of free-jazz, while underpinning both with the socio-political messages for which Crass remain so respected."
