"The Retreat into the Forest" are taken from Ernst Jünger's text of the same name. "Palingenesis" features a recording of Jünger reading from his essay "Das Sanduhrbuch". This work (the CD) is dedicated to the memory of Ernst Jünger (1895-1998).
