La chanteuse de Reggae Etana revient accompagnée du producteur, parolier, arrangeur et instrumentaliste Clive Hunt dans un quatrième album intitulé "I Rise". La jeune femme à la voix chaleureuse nous fait vibrer sur quinze morceaux de reggae New Roots doux et sensuels. Côtés textes, on retrouve des thèmes importants au genre Reggae tels que la spiritualité ("Jah Jah"), la souffrance ("How Long") ou l'émancipation ("Jamaican Woman"). La belle nous offre aussi quelques reprises comme le morceau "Selassie Is The Chapel" de Bob Marley ou "Stepping Of Babylon" de Marcia Griffiths. (CL)
