Don Marino Barreto (1907 ou 11-1995), frère d'Emilio Barreto, est un pianiste et dirigeant d'orchestre cubain qui avait émigré en Europe et y était actif dans les années 1930-40 (surtout au Royaume-Uni). Cet album compile des morceaux enregistrés entre 1939 et 1943, souvent en style rumba. Livret en anglais. (ASDS)
