"Originally recorded in 1987/88 "I Knew Buffalo Bill" became an instant cult classic, a gothic masterpiece, a slice of alternative county/Americana before the genre was invented. Acoustic guitars melded with the screaming guitars of Rowland S. Howard who had cut his teeth as lead noise maker in The Birthday Party and Jeffrey Lee Piece (RIP) from the legendary Gun Club. All the songs were written by Nikki Sudden (RIP) and Jeremy Gluck. Now re-issued as a two CD set: Disc One features all the original tracks on the album and unreleased material of the day; Disc Two contains demo from 1989 and two new songs recorded in 2005. www.cduniverse.com
