Issu du label Daptone, le groupe de Soul Funk allemand Poets Of Rhythm fit ses preuves dans les années nonante et influença des artistes de la scène Funk. On découvre avec cette anthologie une musique Funk déjantée et parfois hypnotique. Les dix-huit morceaux enregistrés entre 1992 et 2003 s'enchaînent entre classiques et raretés dont l'inédit "Path Of Life". (CL)
